Shipping and Returns

Shipping prices:

FREE Shipping in Denmark on orders above 500 Kr

For order of 499 kr and below the price is 30 kr.

I use DAO or GLS in Denmark.

EU Shipping costs $10 / £8.50 / € 9.50 / 70 kr
FREE ship on all orders above spend of $225 / £180 / €200 / 1500 Kr.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping costs $20 / £16 / €17.50 / 130 kr
FREE ship on all orders above spend of $225 / £180 / €200 / 1500 Kr.

How is my order shipped:

If the item is in stock I will ship it within 2 working days. Each product will say if its in stock or approximate made to order time frames.

Orders to Denmark are delivered with GLS, DAO or Post Nord. 1-2 days

EU and International orders are delivered with GLS, Post Nord or DHL. 3-9 days

Depending on the destination, delivery times may vary.

Dispatch times:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours if the product is in stock. If a product is made to order and therefore not in stock, it will be written 'made to order' by the particular product and estimated dispatch time.

Express dispatch:

Returns and exchanges

There is a 14 day returns policy in place, which follows the Danish regulations for distant selling.

This means that you can exchange pieces or get a full refund, providing the item is in the same great condition as when received.

For you, this means you will just have to get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item.

For exchanges: I will pay the shipping back to you for any new item should you wish to exchange a product. You pay the postage to send it to me.

For returns: you pay the postage.
